How early should I arrive?
Ten minutes before your slot is ideal — that covers consultation and changing, so your full therapy time stays intact.
What are your rates?
Prices depend on the therapy and duration, and seasonal offers run through the month. Call us for the current price list before booking.
Can I request a specific therapist?
Yes, and most repeat guests do. Mention the name when booking and we will hold that therapist's slot for you.
